I'm not sure I'd ever heard Sponge before but they were pretty good.
Filter didn't interact much with the crowd but sounded great.
The only thing I can say about Live...THEY ROCKED!!!!! I didn't realize how many songs I knew.
My 15 year old son is a huge fan of Everclear so I had to take him. They were really awesome. I'm a single mom so "Father of Mine" and how it was dedicated to the single parents and whatnot really hit home, even for my kids.
Stage AE is a great venue, especially if you're taking kids. It's small enough that it's not overwhelming and you don't have to worry about losing the kids.
Overall, Summerland was a great time for me and my kids.
